POI CHING SCHOOL PARENT VOLUNTEER SCHEME 2025

 Dear Parents/Guardians, 
Application for Poi Ching School’s Parent Volunteer Scheme (PCS PV Scheme) will be opened for parents whose child (Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident) is born between 2 January 2020 and 1 January 2021 (both dates inclusive).  

Notes on Application for PCS PV Scheme

1)          Application period is from 1 February 2025 to 28 February 2025.
2)          Shortlisted applicants will be notified of the outcome by 30 April 2025.
3)          Successful applicants must contribute at least 40 hours of voluntary service to the school from 1 June 2025 to 30 June 2026 to qualify to register at Phase 2B Registration of the Primary One Registration Exercise.
4)          Please note that the PV scheme does not guarantee a place in the school. Balloting will be conducted if the number of qualifying applicants in Phase 2B exceeds the school available vacancies for that phase.
